for secure on-line ordering by credit cards, our links to PayPal will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for our Domestic and International customers. after clicking the appropriate link below you will be prompted for your shipping and payment information. all prices include the cost of shipping. single plan sets ship by First Class U.S. Mail. the combination plan packages ship by Priority Mail with a 2 to 3 day estimated arrival time. plans shipped outside the U.S. are sent by Air Mail with a 4 to 7 day estimated arrival time.
